Common questions

My numbers don’t match my hospital’s.

Start with the rule template: California standard vs. 12-hour alternative workweek vs. 8/80 produce very different overtime. In the app, open the paycheck check and compare the listed rules against the overtime line on your paystub — a template mismatch is the most common cause. You can adjust rates, differentials, and rules any time under Settings → your contract.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Settings → Pro → Restore Purchases (also available on the unlock screen). Purchases are tied to your Apple account, so a new phone or a reinstall restores for free.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device — see the privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes your data, so if you’re switching phones, let your device backup carry it over.

A pay rule at my hospital isn’t covered.
